Technology：
Following the first successful application of compressed natural
gas distribution technique in November 1999 in China, the technique
is being widely used as domestic and industrial energy resources
and fuels for vehicles. In the 'National Gas Conference of Exchange'
held in Shanghai in 2001, the technique was ranked first among
the National Gas Association's three major promotion projects.

self-owned patents include:

China Gas will also set up a research and development centre
with an aim to advocate the use of environmental energy, to
improve living environment and to upgrade living standard
of mankind. The centre's research projects include the transforming
technology for obsolete urban pipeline network, formulation
of authoritative obsolete pipeline network valuation methodology
and the design of a modern state-of-art natural gas pipeline
network for cities in China. China Gas has succeeded in maintaining
its leadership foothold in the arena of industry technology
by refining its experience on international petroleum and
gas pipeline projects, combining with the core technology
and its application in the urban gas industry that are already
in our mastery, together with continuous perfection efforts
and innovations,.
