Chairman of Board of Directors
Mr. LI Xiao Yun, graduated from Beijing University, has nearly 30 years’ experience in economic management. Mr. Li is the Director of the Center of Strait Economy & Science-Technology Cooperation (CSESC) under the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council and Vice-Chairman of Petroleum Forum.

Mr. XU Ying, graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, is the Assistant to the Director of the Center of Strait Economy & Science-Technology Cooperation (CSESC) under the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council.



President
Mr. LIU Ming Hui, DBA, has nearly 20 years’ experience in Chinese enterprise investment management. Mr. Liu had been major senior management in several large group companies in Hong Kong and Mainland China.



Executive President
Mr. HUANG Yong, graduated from Wuhan University with master degree, is responsible for routine operation and management of China Gas. Mr. Huang had been Managing Director of Asia Environmental Development Corporation Limited.



Vice President
Mr. XU Chao Ping, graduated from Zhejiang University, has nearly 20 years’ experience in administration and enterprise management.

Mr. PANG Ying Xue is responsible for the construction and operation of the ?projects of China Gas. Mr. Pang has nearly 30 years’ experience in project construction, management and operation.

Mr. QIAN Song Zhong is responsible for business and project development of China Gas. Mr. Qian has nearly 30 years’ experience in enterprise management and business development. He had been Managing Director and General Manager of 2 large A-share companies in Mainland China, and General-Secretary of the Sino-US Trade Association of Shenzhen City.



Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Eric LEUNG holds a bachelor degree from University of London and a master degree from Chinese University of Hong Kong. Mr. Leung is a professional lawyer, and is qualified to practice law in Hong Kong, England & Wales and Australia.

Mr. Leung is responsible for the financing, financial, international business development and investor relations activities of China Gas. He has 13 years’ experience in investment banking and many years’ experience as a lawyer on financial services to banks and enterprises. Mr. Leung had been Managing Director and Head of Corporate Finance of UFJ Securities.


Chief Scientist
Mr. Duan Chang Gui is a professor and tutor of postgraduate candidate of Harbin Institute of Technology, Vice-Chairman of China Gas Society, expert of Ministry of Construction, Chairman of City Gas Society and Committee of Experts of Civil Engineering Society of Heilongjiang Province. Mr. Duan is the author of several books and research papers.
