China Development Bank (CDB)
China Development Bank granted RMB20 billion long-term credit facilities to China Gas with financial services, including consultation for underwriting of corporate bonds, issuance of corporate bonds, financial advisory and short-term loans.
CDB is a development-oriented financial institution of the government. Its main task is to raise and guide capitals home and abroad, and to support key projects and supportive construction in infrastructure and basic and pillar industries, in accordance with the development strategy and emphasis of the Central Government.
Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC)
Industrial and Commercial Bank of China granted financing limit high of RMB6 billion to China Gas. In addition to this facility, ICBC established a nationwide internal settlement center for the company with its financial network.
China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC)
China National Petroleum Corporation, which plays a key role in upstream and mid-stream exploitation and transportation of natural gas, has cemented cooperative ties with China Gas. Its construction entities with national special class construction qualifications are utilized for the pipeline network constructions of China Gas to ensure that all project constructions can be completely carried out under the requirements of high standard, high efficiency and high quality. CNPC has set up a few joint ventures with China Gas.
