Center of Strait Economy & Science-Technology Cooperation£¨CSESC£©
The Center of Strait Economy & Science-Technology Cooperation under the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council is the major initiator and shareholder of China Gas. It serves as a bridge for economic and trade exchange between China and Taiwan, and also a hub for Taiwanese capital to seek investment opportunities in mainland China.
China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (Sinopec)
China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation is the first Chinese enterprise listed in Hong Kong, New York, London and Shanghai. It is the largest petrochemical manufacturer and distributor and oil refiner, and the second largest oil and natural gas producer in China. Sinopec is the second largest shareholder of China Gas.
Oman Oil Company (OOC)
Founded in 1992, Oman Oil Company is a commercial company 100 % owned by the Government of the Sultanate of Oman. It is responsible for seeking investment opportunities in energy sector both within Oman and outside the country. At present, the Chairman of OOC is the Minister of Commerce and Industry, and the Vice-Chairman is the Minister of Oil and Gas. Besides oil and gas projects in Oman, OOC also invests in a wide scope of projects in relation to natural gas exploration, processing and transportation in the Middle East, Europe and Central Asia.
Gail (India) Limited (GAIL)
GAIL is India's flagship Natural Gas company listed in Mumbai Stock Exchange, integrating natural gas supply, trading, processing and transmission. It also produces and processes propane, pentane and petrochemical products, and controls the entire LPG and natural gas pipeline network, LNG imports and offshore natural gas exploitation in India.
SK Group
SK Group is not only the third largest consortium but also the largest petrochemical enterprise controlling the oil and LPG supply in South Korea. It is also the largest city gas distributor in South Korea.
Asian Development Bank (ADB)
ADB is a multilateral development financial institution aiming to reduce poverty, improve social welfare and promote economic development across the Asia-Pacific region. China Gas is the first enterprise invested by ADB among the enterprises listed in Hong Kong, and it is also the first time for ADB to offer support for natural gas distribution network project in China.
State General Reserve Fund of the Sultanate of Oman
State General Reserve Fund of the Sultanate of Oman is owned by the Sultanate of Oman and administered by the Ministry of Finance. This fund represents the government of Oman to manage the overseas investment of the reserves of the Sultanate of Oman.
